Please book early for preferential windows, for a decade this service has been oversubscribed, Deliver me a Christmas tree do not see the trend changing this year!

How do I order?

Order your 6ft real decorated Christmas tree online. Select the colour scheme you desire in the options when checking out. A member of staff will contact you today to arrange a delivery time and date. The florist will also call you to discuss the dressing of the Christmas tree in more detail.

How does the service work?

Deliver me a Christmas tree have a dedicated Christmas tree installations team. The installations team will visit your home or office and install your real Christmas tree in a water-holding stand. The tree will be secured safely and of course, sit straight. We select only the finest grade non-drop Christmas trees (Nordmann fir) for this service.

And then?

The Deliver me a Christmas tree florists will arrive with the lights and decorations. They will illuminate and dress your real Christmas tree to the spec that you have discussed with them using commercial quality Christmas tree decorations.

What about after Christmas?

The Deliver me a Christmas tree installation team will return. The Christmas tree will be undressed, and everything removed and taken back to the Deliver me a Christmas tree farm in Kent. The Christmas tree will be recycled.

How Will My Order be Delivered?

We will deliver your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Our delivery methods are listed on the product page as well as throughout the checkout process.

Riverhill Garden Supplies will select the appropriate dispatch method when you order based on your location and the product(s) that you have ordered.

Dispatch Methods

Parcel Delivery

Smaller products are delivered by parcel couriers, such as TNT and Parcelforce. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email with the estimated day of delivery and forward you a tracking number.

Pallet Delivery

Larger products will be delivered by our own dedicated delivery drivers or by specialist carriers such as Palletways and ILS who will be given your contact details and instructed to book in delivery with you once your order reaches your local delivery depot.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat rate of £20.00 for delivery to England, Wales and Central Scotland.

We are not able to offer a flat rate of £20.00 for delivery to East Central Scotland, North and North East Scotland, West Scotland, Norther Ireland, ROI, Skye, Orkney Isles, Outer Hebrides, Shetland Isles, Inner Hebrides, Isle of White, Isle of Man and the Channel Isles and a surcharge will apply. Please see prices below.

Please note that you are responsible for arranging the return of your order and for the costs of returning your order to us unless we have delivered the item to you in error. All return items must have original tags and packaging; and not been used or modified.

We cannot accept returns on any made-to-order products. This includes all products by ADEZZ and all products in the Fibreglass Collection.

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

Our goal is to make buying online with Southern Planters Ltd easy, safe and efficient. Although extremely rare items can arrive damaged and we are conscious of this, so it is important that you read the following.

Upon delivery, please carry out the following steps

  • Remove the goods completely from their packaging
  • Closely inspect the goods for damages or shortfalls
  • Sign for the goods, accordingly, noting damages/shortfalls and refuse the goods
  • Notify Southern Planters Ltd of any damages/shortfalls within 24 hours by telephoning the office on t 01732 522471. The office is open 7 days a week, from 8am to 10pm including Bank Holidays except Christmas Day. Providing that you have signed for the goods as damaged and refused the goods we will repeat and dispatch your order again or arrange a full refund

The courier is obliged to wait 15 minutes for you to carry out these checks if need be. No claim will be accepted if a clean signature is given. Any claim for damages/shortfall must be made within 24 hours.
