Please select your chosen Installation and Collection Date and the number of Christmas trees required from the drop-down options and follow the checkout process. An automated confirmation is sent to you by mail immediately, followed by a full VAT receipt within 48 hours. At approx 5 am on the morning of installation and collection, you will receive an eta and a list of personnel attending your site.

Please call customer services, and a staff member will take your order. Please be ready to supply us with your chosen Installation Date and Collection Date, and the number and size of Christmas trees required. In addition, we will need your name and contact number, position within the company, full invoice address, full delivery address and a site contact and site contact number on the day. You can be invoiced and settle the invoice by BACS or pay over the telephone with a major credit card. We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express. At approx 5 am on the morning of installation and collection, you will receive an eta and a list of personnel attending your site.

Parking
If you have onsite parking, please arrange a space for us, and we will forward you our vehicle registration(s) and names of operatives. It is a great help for our team, especially in central London, particularly EC postcodes. If you do not have onsite parking and are a new customer, please provide us with additional information regarding access and parking to your building. Again, it helps to pass on your knowledge.
